We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on cigars once they have been purchased or shipped. This policy ensures product integrity, safety, and adherence to federal and provincial guidelines.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Accessories (Non-Tobacco Items)

Returns or exchanges may be accepted on accessories such as lighters, cutters, and ashtrays within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

Original packaging is intact
Proof of purchase is provided
