Can I return or exchange cigars?

Due to Canadian tobacco regulations, all cigar sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on tobacco products once purchased or shipped.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at order@lacasadelhabanoedmonton.ca with photos of the issue.

Can I return cigar accessories?

Yes, unused cigar accessories may be returned within 14 days in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Are your cigars authentic?

Yes, we are an official La Casa Del Habano retailer offering 100% authentic Cuban cigars sourced directly from Habanos S.A.

Is there an age requirement to purchase?

Yes, you must be of legal smoking age in your province to purchase tobacco products. Age verification may be required.
